nah that would be ok, it would depend on other factors like monitor or desired gaming resolution, then the games you like to play. GTA V and call of duty are known to be easy to run , but say Tomb raider or uncharted or the witcher will require some lowering of settings to run well most likely, but the cpu wont throttle 99% of the games you d play the gpu would hit its limit first every time.

Edit: cpu would be a problem, thought it was a quad core, just saw it was only dual core, some of the games made for multi core cpus will barely play, not to mention just not a good all around and wont last nearly as long as cpus capable of 4 plus threads.
