Dota 2 is my aim. I'm not reaching for Watch Dog, GTA V or any new/upcoming games.
What I want for these computers to play are:

Dota 2
LoL
Warcraft 3
CS 1.6
Minecraft
Cabal Online
NBA2k14
Fifa 15
Crossfire (Just some Filipino game. 1st person shooting which I can play on low settings. Costumers won't mind.)

But back to the point. Is this good enough for a computer shop? I'm planning to buy 10 of these builds. And possibly upgrade specs at the future if I make money out of them. My internet connection is 5-6mpbs at most.

Yes they are brand new.
All of these parts will be bought separately.

Also these are open for changes since they will not come in bundle.
I have a day or two to make up my mind and honestly I'm stuck because of my lack of knowledge on building and I am afraid to be taken advantage of.

Yes, I live far from USA and cannot afford shipping. I am a Filipino citizen. And I assume that "Gaming Bar" is the term used in other countries and I might use that for commercial purposes.
Also, so far this is the computer that I have built. I am going to have to deal with these until we get our money back to buy an upgraded system. Like one from superninja12. (Thanks alot for the effort, btw, I will follow your instructions.)

On a far note, reason for this (buying such a cheap computer) is because our budget was super low and only could afford a computer worth 390 US Dollar or less.
I'm still hoping to play league or dota 2 for 10+hours a day on low settings partnered with a very cool environment.

Build:
Asrock H81M-VG4
G3260
4gb RAM
Asus 18.5" led
Surge protector 320gb hardisk

Thank you for your attention to this matter, also for your assistance. Wish me the best of luck, and I'll report whatever is the result for my first 10 computers of this build.

I thank you all.
