So my current pc is semi-decent, I have had it for about a year-ish and when I first got it I was amazed as it was my first good computer I could get 300-370 fps on gmod and csgo but now I even got as low as 20fps recently. So I have decided I am going to assemble a new one, however I don't know much about what parts are needed to have other parts, I want to have a nvidia gtx 980ti graphics card, but I don't know what other things I will need to buy to accompany it, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance :)

There is other games I would like to be able to run, I don't play csgo as much as I used to I have started playing games like the division and other new games that I would like to be able to run on higher quality settings.

But even if I managed to fix the fps on my current pc I still wouldn't be able to get the desired fps on newer games on high quality.

Well, the build I gave you (link) will play any game on the market with max settings at 1080p with no less than 60fps. Most games are >60 max settings at 1440p

Yeah, I saw the link thanks for finding it for me, however it may be a bit out of my price range here is some information on my current computer is there anything I could salvage and use that in the new computer- http://prntscr.com/ashfe2 , http://prntscr.com/ashfn6

You said you wanted a 980Ti. Any less than that build is pointless when spending $650 on a graphics card!.
If you're looking closer to $1000 on upgrades, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WRwRf7

For the most part, the only thing in your computer worth keeping if you upgrade the CPU is maybe the case, and likely not even that considering you probably don't have USB 3.0

I think I do have usb 3.0 as I have 2 different types of usb's a blue one and a black one(I know that's very vague but I think I have usb 3.0)
