Motherboard:Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. 970A-DS3P (CPU 1)

Solution
This problem may be solved by changing the Anti Aliasing Method from Multi-Sampling to Adaptive Multi-Sampling. Just open up AMD Catalyst Control Center and change Anti Aliasing to "Adaptive Multi-Sampling" under Game settings.

The exact model is : Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WindForce 3X OC (Rev 2.0)

I ven seen temps about 70-75 C i will do some checks while gaming again

Everytime i turn on my computer everything runs smooth unless pc is running for lots of hours , then if i try to play a game it starts flickering . My fps are ok but i have some crazy drops in heavy games as Rust(it runs 100 FPS medium/high graphics and suddenly BOOM 30 FPs for 10 sec and back to 100)
