I am planing on building a pc and would like to water cool it for around £150.
I would like the complete kit as it would be easier with pump, storage, reservoir, pipes ect.

If possible I would prefer solid hard pies instead of the bendy one but I know this is hard so don't worry to much. I would like the pipes to be coloured not clear with coloured water.

The case is In Win 503 http://www.inwin-style.com/en/gaming-chassis/503 so it need to fit in that.

Here is a rough idea of my build at the moment. I know I don't need to water cool the cpu but I'm mainly doing it for looks.

If you take the Xeon E3-1230 V5 you could always consider overclocking when It's starts to become important for yourself, got nothing to lose and you're spending less I think. Perhaps It's still the right investment even if that's not a priority for you right now.

I would recommend DDR4-2800 RAM higher if you're playing a lot of open world games, the performance boost is consistently over 10 fps in Witcher 3, GTA V, Far Cry Primal and Fallout 4.

Your power supply is very low end and not the solution for a build with such a powerful CPU and GPU. In my opinion you should not take that PSU and focus on getting a good one. Tier 2 or higher from this list:

Why water cool a non-K CPU? Can't be overclocked, so no point. Perhaps you should look into Xeon E3 1230 V5 + ASRock E3V5 Performance Gaming/OC. Not sure where you can find it in the UK though. It's better than i7-6700 + Z170-Gaming 3.

Edit:
Wait so you want water cooling just for aesthetics?

Yes mostly want the water cooling for aesthetics but also as a cooler thats why I'm looking for a cheap water cooler as I don't need a fancy one to overclock. It may sound stupid but oh well.
Thanks ill look into the Intel Xeon E3-1230 V5 3.4GHz

You've got a lot of options for the AIO cooler, I can't suggest just one. I personally like the performance and unique design of the Cryorig A40.

I will consider DDR4 ram and will upgrade the power supply but my build on pc part picker says about 350w and I have 600w

I have found this and think this will do RayStorm 420 EX120 WaterCooling Kit or something similar like you suggested

The wattage is not really the main focus. The importance is the build quality, and the quality of the parts in the power supply Itself. You often have the cheapest Chinese capacitors in the EVGA B and Corsair CX power supplies, making them perhaps a good option for budget builds but not luxury builds with such good specs. They're not durable and they're potentially even dangerous.

Super high quality power supply:

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ NCIX US)

Thanks I didn't know that. I am glad you spotted that otherwise I could have broken my new pc in weeks by using a cheap power supply. I will defiantly go for a more expensive power supply.

So even the big most reliable companies make cheap Chinese power supplys?

Yeah absolutely. EVGA doesn't make power supplies, they just use rebranded ones. The EVGA B series is made by HEC, just a (reasonably crappY) budget PSU. However their B2/G2/P2 (Super Flower), GS (Seasonic) and GQ (FSP) line-up are the good ones.

Corsair is an example that makes poor budget power supplies, but they still sell a lot since they are very popular and It's automatically assumed by most people that they only make good products. Their Corsair VS and CX units are bad but also overpriced.
