Apologies in advance for anything I say that sounds absolutely stupid, I know nothing about hardware. Also sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread)

About a month or two ago I started experiencing a PC crash where the screen would turn black, and then my PC would just restart. I fixed that by upping the percentage of my GPU fan using SpeedFan, as my GPU was getting very hot, according to Speccy. Recently I had to move my PC out of my room for reasons, and I started getting the crash over and over on Fallout 4, but CS:GO and Rocket League were fine. Now all 3 of them crash, and games like Terraria don't. My GPU temp is 38-45 Celsius.

I could have possibly messed something up when I rotated the tower on the side to fix the leg things, or because there's loads of dust. Another possible reason is the lack of airflow, because in my room my webcam was facing a wall and now the desk is facing a wall, so the GPU might be overheating due to no cool air etc.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz (Neutral temp 26)
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z97-A (Neutral temp 28)
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (Neutral temp 37)

EDIT: I figured out it crashes from the CPU usage reaching 100%. I have thoroughly dusted it and the crashing stopped for about a day, then continued the day after.

Thanks!

This can happen due to lack of power from the power supply, what is your PSU? If there isn't enough power left components can switch off such as the graphics card.

How can you tell if your system is restarting due to insufficient power? I am having a similar problem.
