Reboot and Select proper Boot Device ERROR!

so I just built my first pc. Everything was working fine the BIOS was open but the fans weren't working so i then remembered that a forgot to plug the fan hub into the power supply (btw i have the h440 case) so i shut down my pc. After I connected the fan hub I powered my pc but this message popped up:

Reboot and Select proper Boot Device
or Insert Boot Media is selected Boot device and press a key


What do I do????

No i didn't install the OS because i dont have it wet and no cable is loose

Ok thx, so nothing is wrong with my hard drive or anything? Also can i install my gpu cause i haven't wet

Thx a lot! Can i still finish my build meaning installing my gpu and oing the cable management
