I have a toshiba sattelite C55 laptop that is only a year old. Suddenly, it will not boot. The options available to me in the troubleshooting panel (system restore, refresh, reconfigure, etc) have all failed. There are no available system restore points for some reason. The other processes completed to 100% but then when the computer restarted automatically, it froze when the toshiba logo displayed and the spinning circle appeared (indicating the computer is working on loading). Any ideas would be very much appreciated. I cant afford a new computer, so this is a killer. Many thanks!
