i am trying to decide what case to buy atm, i went with the 500r as it came with fans preinstalled, however i have 2 questions about them

1. are they noisy (under low and high load)
2. are they enough themselves to cool this build effectively

if they are noisy/not enough to cool what fan would you suggest to replace them/accompany them or even a better case if necessary (cheap cost though)

any other general advice on my build would be great as well (i.e. better/more cost effective parts etc. keeping in mind i live in Australia)
