I have tried reading a few threads on this but can't find the solution. I have the following:

Windows 10
Chrome/Firefox
BT HomeHub 4

There is a specific website that I cannot access from this router with any device including desktop (wired), smartphones (wireless) and laptops (wireless). I have successfully pinged the website but cannot access it from any browser on any device. I also tried accessing through a free proxy server and got the same result.

I'd appreciate step-by-step advice if someone knows how to solve this. I'm scared to go gun-ho into the router or computer settings as many others in the house use this network and I don't want to do something wrong.

Thanks :)

Solution
If the website is accessible from everywhere else via the same device used when "out and about" then the router is really suspect.

Maybe your ISP is blocking the site.

You should be able to log into the router and at least check the router settings. Just be careful to make any changes and just cancel out of the admin screens.

If nothing there then the ISP account owner should call the ISP.....

On the basis that I am most technically proficient (and that's not saying a great deal), I guess I manage the router. Nobody has been into settings or blocked any websites. I tried accessing the website from 4G when out and about and also from my parents wi-fi yesterday and it loaded no problem. This has persisted for several weeks.
