PSU: tr2 600w
RAM: 8 gb
motherboard: m5a78l LE
Screen: 60 Ghz
Windows 8.1 (64 bits)

Its anoying because i can play with Ultra or high graphics (Games like Warframe, League of Legends ) on 80, 60 FPS, 130 whitout V Sync but sometimes FPS go down to 20,35 and i hate that, i dont know what to do. (i limited FPS to 60, etc etc but nothing works)
Help me if you can, thank you ^^
