Hi guys, I am a console player shifting to PC gaming, but I have one problem that might get me to reconsider a console (FYI PS4)
Me and my brother both are hardcore gamers, and play a lot of the same games, both SP and online. On a PS4 we both had different PSN accounts and profiles with different achievements(trophies in PSN) and had completely different online profiles in the games we both played, like GTA 5 for example.
My concern about PC gaming is mostly regarding two issues:
1) Can we both play games on our own Steam accounts that we downloaded with just one of the accounts on the same PC, and if yes then does it work with each and every game ?
2) Can we both play with different online or multiplayer profiles on our own steam accounts for the game downloaded on just one of the steam account, and again, if yes then does it work for each and every game ?
Just to make it clear we both are going to be gaming on the same PC and have 2 steam accounts on the same PC. Can someone please help me answer the 2 points above.

I wouldn't think so: if they use 3rd party DRM, Family Sharing won't work. There may still be a way to share the game with different accounts, but that will vary from game to game.
