My PC i just built reboots randomly at different points in a game!

My PC specs

450 watt psu
athlon x4 860k base clock
ram 8gb g skill base clock 1600 ghz
amd r9 270 msi 2gb OC edition
(i had a amd hd 6450 in it and it did not randomly reboot until I put the r9 270 in.)
i am powering it by two molex to 6pin. does not reboot until i play a game. it happened on borderlands 2 and black ops 3. any game i played it did it with except black ops 2(which was wierd because i had it on max settings.) Any advice would be great. i have no money to spend. and on PC part picker all my parts use around 339 watts and i have 450watts. HELP!

You added 120 Watts to the power draw of the PC and your power supply can't push it. Replace the power supply with more watts and please get better quality.

You only have 336 Watts on the 12 volt rail and with the low quality of that power supply I would not think it can even put that out. Your either going to damage your PC, pop that power supply, or worst case burn your house down.

Now what PSU are you using?
 
For temps, I would check using AMD overdrive sodtware and Thermal Margin. These APU's temp readings don't read correctly in other software. I'd compare this to your BIOS reading as I worked on an APU based system in the last year or so that had a high reading in BIOS as well if I recall. Regarding your PSU, it's a very low quality unit(Tier 5 from this site). It's highly likely its causing your reboots based on this.
