Hello i've been looking to build a pc for several years now but never had the chance due to prices or having to purchase other things at the moment.

As i was wandering in amazon.com i saw some very good and cheap prices.Althought i saw free shipping after a while import charges showed up along with shipping rates and that bumped the price by +100$ which makes it really bad for purchasing.

My shipping address is located in Greece.

-Firstly i would like to ask if i can somehow buy from amazon.com (not de/uk prices are way higher) without the import charges. If it's not possible what's the best solution to buy the cheapest parts from european shops to avoid the import charges while also keeping any shipping rates at the minimum. Also i don't mind picking multiple parts from different shops as long as it's cost worthy.
-Lastly it's about the PC Build.
I have been using a Dell XPS L702X for the past 4 years. To be honest i was really happy with it for 2 gears until the GPU started to struggle with games.(Obviously i should have picked the gtx 460m instead of the gt 555m :3)

-The Build i have in mind so far is the following any other suggestions or fixes are welcome.
-My Budget is MAX 1000 Euros along with shipping would like to keep it as low as possible.-

CPU:i5 6600K (I will look to overclock this thing when it will start struggling to keep up with games on 60FPS,I usually prefer shadows, effects in low anyway)
CPU Cooler: Was looking into H60,I don't mind the sound. The only thing i care is keeping the temperatures as low as possible at all times. In greece the room temps exceed 30.
MotherBoard:Was looking into Asus Z170-A or MSI GAMING M5 if it makes a difference.
Storage:Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Memory: Looking into 8GB (will get 1 more if i need it) for now G.Skill Ripjaws V Series
Video Card: MSI R9 390 or MSI GTX 970.I can't decide in this they are very similar in performance.Looking to overclock it through MSI afterburner anyway and keeping the temps low.
Case: I really have no idea looking to fit as many fans as possible(2-3 i guess).Would not add a 2nd GPU.I will probably use the case again to upgrade to other motherboard/gpus in the future.
Power Supply: Looking into something 500-600W
Fans: ?

The monitor will be a BenQ Xl2411Z (1080P,144Hz)

Thanks for your time.

Lol, no one has answered because of the questions you have asked. I can also not help out as I can only help if you live in the UK or USA. Since you don't you will have to do your own research. Sorry bud, but if someone from your location finds this thread then, hopefully, you will get help from them.
