PC turns off randomly, but works without the GPU

Hi, guys. I've been having this issue for a long time.
I'll try to make it simple: Recently I changed my thermal grease. I thought the problem was an overheating processor, so I bought a new CPU cooler and all the temperatures are fine.
The PC worked well for a few days, but then the problem started again. Sometimes it won't even get to BIOs and won't turn on again as well.
One thing that I did notice is that it works well without the GPU. But the thing is: I didn't have any problem before Windows 10.
Now I'm a bit confused. I don't know if it is a hardware problem, like the PSU not supplying enough power, or a software issue, like drivers (all of them are updated).
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Specs:
Motherboard: Intel DH61WW
Processor: Intel Core i5 2400
Hard drive: Samsung HD502HJ
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 (EVGA SC)
PSU: It's from a brazilian brand and I read that it's real bad. I didn't find any articles in english, so I'm going to post the link to the portuguese article that describes the tests made with the current PSU.
They said that the maximum power that they got from the PSU was 320W (although it says that it supplies 500W), the output voltage on +5V was above the allowed and output on +12V was under the allowed.
The article: http://www.clubedohardware.com.br/artigos/teste-da-fonte-de-alimentacao-bluecase-de-500-w/2642/1

It all leads me to believe that the PSU is the real problem, but is that anyway I can confirm before buying a new one?

Solution
Most of the time , random shutdowns are PSU related , and when there is a known very poor power supply that is not a good sign.

Start with a PSU replacement , should solve your issue.
Point be told your power supply is absolute trash and needs to be replaced. Clubedohardware is managed and has PSU reviews by expert Gabriel Torres, who knows his stuff. Even if your PSU is not the cause of the issues, it is definitely a hazard and could be slowly damaging your components.

Do you think a Corsair / CMPSU-500CX 80 Plus Bronze (CP-9020047-WW) would be a good upgrade? The PSU you recommended wasn't available on most of the stores. :(
