hello everyone! So i've been having problems lately trying to run dark souls 3, my computer sucks basically, but i can run it above 30 fps on 720p and on low. the problem is, i am getting very heavy stutters as i move through the game. in some areas the stutter go on for 2 minutes. I only have 4gb of ram, which obviously is all used up, and i am planning on upgrading to. but there is also the CPU, which in my case is a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300, which supposedly is ancient and horrible... i mean, i don't know what is causing the stutter, i noticed every time the stutter happens the graph on the resource monitor thingy goes off the charts for memory, but the stutter also effects CPU, the graph has a very slight spike in comparison to the amount used in game, and then caves in downwards. if my problem is CPU then i won't be able to upgrade, but if it is RAM i can easily double it no problem. Help! my graphics card is gtx 650 and my os is 64bit windows 7.

Solution
The system is swapping because you don't have enough RAM and you probably use a slow hard disk instead of a SSD. Increasing memory to 8 GB should really help. When it occurs, the disk activity LED should be on.
