I have the described motherboard in a pc, and I want to upgrade the CPU, add more RAM, and add a graphics card. My Onboard graphics card died.

Hmm. The onboard graphics is part of the APU. The whole chip may have died, or the problem may be on the motherboard. Hard for me to tell which one needs replacement. I'd borrow an old graphics card from a friend's stockpile and test, but I've got friends with part piles.
Just keep in mind that it may be the mobo that needs replacement.
