Well it said that some software that had been recently installed could have caused it. But when this morning when I turned my of on it could not find my boot drive so I then I tried to change the boot order but searched up the issue and said I had to reinstall Windows. After I had done that I was reinstalling drivers, started to watch something on vlc media player then it blue screened again.

It couldn't find boot drive ?
It sounds like it has forgot settings(bios) or it haven't found the drive at all.
Was the HDD present in bios, when you were changing boot order ?
Run windows memory diagnostic and press F10 and set it on total 5-6 passes, to see if windows will find any memory error.
Open windows explorer press right click on hard drive C:, go to properties=> tools tab=> error checking and check drive for errors.
Have you changed any hardware recently ?
And please check windows event viewer and error logs in there, right after BSOD. To see if it says something.
Also write down every blue screen error.

Yes I saw the hard drive when I was in my bios and it would not boot whatsoever. So I had to reinstall my windows, not a huge issue as most of my things were on my other hard drives. I did the memory check and came up with no errors and also checked errors on my c drive and nothing I have not changed hardware recently. I did get another blue screen which said that "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval.

If this is your first time.........blah blah blah

Have you overclocked CPU/GPU ? Downlock them if you had.
Are all your temps fine ? You can check using SpeedFan.
How much mhz your ram is ? Try to downclock ram.
This error indicates hardware defect sometimes.
Most of the times its caused by overclocking.
