So I've been trying to research this for the last 2hrs and no help. I've had this same belkin router forever now, and it doesn't like my computer, so I always just used a different one. Now I have to use this one, but it limits only my computer to 10mbps. Every other computer in the house would go to 100mbps. I have no clue at this point and really need help.

The solution was actually my dad had made the tips of the Ethernet cord where you plug in, but he did the wiring on it not in the right order. He had to go back and cut the ends and rewire them. Solved the problem and at 100mbps now.
