I recently put together a new build, After getting everything installed I can't seem to get anything out of the graphics card. It powers up in the PCI 2 slot but does not in the PCI 1 slot. I have tried all basic troubleshooting and can not seem to get anything out of it. The cpu starts up and the motherboard is getting power.
At first I thought it might be cause I didnt boot from onboard video and then change it to the card by my Motherboard does not have onboard.

I have been reading over manuals and I can't seem to find anything I missed. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
