Low Furmark score with a EVGA GTX 960 SC?

You're CPU is holding it back, also FurMark is not the best way to test a GPU in my opinion... I use Valley Benchmark by Unigine.

You also have to take into consideration that those other scores could be form board partner variations of the card that might have a factory OC or more memory. Also, there's the likely possibility that others have overclocked their cards which are allowing them to reach higher benchmark scores.
