Is 60c temp for a motherboard bad?

When render i check my temp monitor and it says my motherboard is at 60c and in speedfan it also shows a flame next to motherboard temps. i was just hoping you could tell me if its bad or not
specs
-m5a99x evo r2.0
-amd 8350 4.0 8 cores
-gtx 960 windforce OC 4gb
-16 ripjaw ram
-thermallake v3 black edition

my case is the thermallake v3 black edition and since this is a new build ive only got 1 stock case fan in the back but i have order a nautica fan to replace that one. my cpu cooler is the cooler master hyper evo

Ive also noticed that google chrome uses alot of cpu usage (15-20%) i have fixed the cpu usage though. for idle temps im am now getting 36-38 and 49-50 while under load. thank you for all your help
