Help me choose gtx 980ti gigabyte, asus,evga

Ive narrowed down my choices to an asus gtx 980ti oc, a gigabyte extreme gtx 980ti and an evga gtx980ti. Im having trouble choosing i mainly care about the best overclock but not too noisy. Please Help

i personally would go asus or evga but that's just me if price does not matter i know the asus matrix is the fastest 980 ti you can get
for overclocking i know gigabyte overclocks well but msi is pre-overclocked
for overclocking i would get a gigabyte windforce or xtreme gamer pre oc edition however it is a bit louder than other 980 ti's
for out of the box performance the asus matrix is the best followed by msi
