Your motherboard will support a GTX 970 without a doubt . However , your power supply unit might not. Can you mention the exact model of your PSU ?
I wouldn't be so sure of that.
Its an older HP PCIe 2.0 board, they are known for having problems with newer PCIe 3.0 GPU's, especially Nvidia 900 series.
Helal_1, you should check the HP forums for those with the same model PC as you have to see if you find anyone who has run a GTX 970 in their PC.
Also as was mentioned, if you have your stock PSU it will not work or provide enough power for a GTX 970 so plan to replace that too, if this will even work.
