I got a new gpu gtx 970 and now im having this weird problem with the game but not in any other games. Basically the world doesn't like render properly, like when you're moving away objects disappear, but when you get close the objects start appearing.

I have tried uninstalling gpu drivers, i tried restarting my pc, i tried changing graphic setting within the game but it still does it.
Here is a video of what it does:

Solution
Turn up Level of Detail.

What you have isn't an issue, it's a feature to improve performance on low end systems by reducing memory usage and the amount of GPU power spent rendering non-critical objects and foliage.

Also, turn up Anisotropic Filtering to highest setting (x16). That feature has loooooooooooooooooooooong been basically free, making such a minuscule difference to performance that you'd be crazy to set it to anything else unless you just enjoy seeing blurry textures all over the place.

Thanks it was level of detail but playing on very high impacts performance so i turned textures down to medium, so im happy with the way it looks and runs now
