Switching PSUs on a Mobo - Any Issue w/ Mobo being unplugged for a period of time?

In short, I am going from a 650w to a 1000w PSU. I'm going to take the time to organize cords and clean my case really well. During that time when my mobo (Asus X79) is unplugged, will it reset to defaults? Is there any thing else that could happen from lack of power for an extended period that I should know of?

Thanks!

No you should be fine ,the Cr2036 battery on the mobo will hold bios settings for months if it is not too old, seen these batteries last 5+ years.Unless that pc has sat for years without mains power
