FX 8350 at 47C under load with AIO water cooling solution. Is that normal?

Hello guys, I just built my very first PC with an FX-8350 processor with aftermarket cooler. I was just wondering for the FX owners out there if it's normal for you to have a temperature on load at 47C. My cooler is a Frostflow 120 with push-pull setup while replacing my front bottom fan with a static push 120mm Thermaltake. I used this because of the clutter of wires directly behind the fan inside the case. My specs are:

CPU: FX-8350
RAM: HyperX 2xGB at 16GB Dual Channel
Case: Sharkoon VG5-W
Motherboard: 990FXA-GD65
GPU: MSI 39 380 Gaming
Cooler: Frostflow 120L

Idle temps are ok around 20-27C but it's when under load or gaming that they shoot up fast at around 47-48C. Is that normal or is my cooler just that bad? I live in a tropical country by the way but surely it shouldn't be this high? I was planning to overclock this but I'm having second thoughts after seeing the temps. It doesn't leave a lot of headroom does it? Also no "Intel is better and AMD will burn your house down crap" please. I already know that. I bought the FX 8350 CPU because it's a hell lot cheaper than the intels in my country.

Solution
I have an FX 8350 and a Corsair H100i cooler and while I render animation Sometimes I hit 50C. It is just because theses AMD FX series are HOT. Don't worry unless it starts hitting 70C.
So yes that is normal. ;)

I'm running at stock speeds though and not overclocked. Are yours at overclocked speeds? Isn't 47C still a little too high or is that really normal for an aftermarket cooler even running at stock speeds? Sorry for the noob questions, I just built my very first CPU and I want to get the best performance out of it without having to burn my house down.

Don't worry we are all new sometime. And I am not overclocked In fact I have never overclocked a CPU before. (I have helped people undo It though.). The best thing you can do is make sure It has good case airflow. You should be fine. ;)

hello :)
48°C is really good, under load especially. What software are you using to check the temps?
just to make sure, you need to use the software AMD Overdrive to see what your temps really are.

Could not have said it better.

I use two temp checker software, HWMonitor and Speedfan. So far they match so it tells me that I am really getting those temps. Didn't know that FX 8350 is supposed to run THAT hot. Thanks guys. I might overclock this machine soon, with a headway of around 55C so as not to damage my components too much. I don't want those temps around 60C where the CPU throttles.

I want to overclock this thing in the future, is the 7C headroom really enough to say overclock this to 4.7GHZ?

Shit, I use the same AIO and I shoot up 44-45c on idle and 56-57 on load. I'm on intel with no overclocks btw.
You're lucky your temps are that low with an FX series.
