NVIDIA Control Panel is acting funny..

whenever i open my control panel it like.. Freeze's for a bit, then it continue's to run fine until i try to click on the Adjust brightness tab in it and its like my pc is going at 1 frame per second, almost as if its frozen. I move my mouse over a little and the cursor doesn't get to that spot until 20seconds later. Its pretty much frozen but i can move my mouse cursor every 20seconds

Remove all traces of the current Nvidia control panel software, and the Nvidia video driver.
Restart you system.

Let windows load. and download the latest Nvidia driver from the Nvidia website for your model of card under the support section.

See if it fixes the problem for you.
The program will remove any windows registry entries to do with the Nvidia video driver and control panel software as well as the Nvidia control panel software, and the video driver used.

And should fix the mouse pointer freezing and when opening the Nvidia control panel where you get lag or slowdown.

I tried it and it didn't work, I downloaded the program and ran it in safe mode. It restarted my pc and I clicked the top option the recommended one and it did some things and restarted my pc again and i had to download the latest nvidia/drivers etc and it just doesn't work. When i opened my control panel my pc is frozen for a bit then the panel opens up but when i go to adjust desktop color settings its completely frozen and i cant click anything but if i keep moving my mouse around the cursor gets to the spots i move it to like 10secs - 30secs late
