my pc rig is:
i5 3470
windows 8.1 64 bit
cooler master hyper tx3 evo cpu cooler
4gb ram kingston
gigabyte b75m-d3h motherboard
asus strix gtx 960 4gb ddr5 graphics card
seasonic 620w 80 plus bronze psu
earlier i was using 8gb ram but of different brands one is same kingston and other was some generic brand i think. i have played ac 3, ac4, ac brotherhood, mortal combat x etc. but my cpu temp was under 50c and gpu temp was ulso under 60c.
so plz guys tell me is it normal temp which i am getting now with 4gb ram or there is some issues with ram like ac 1 have requires only 2gb of systme ram.
plz help...

Solution
Those temperatures are very good, especially when playing games as intense as the AC franchise, you have no need to worry about the system temperatures at all.
When mixing memory modules the motherboard will run them all at the speed of the slowest module installed so with your mixed setup it's likely the slightly lower temperatures were caused by the motherboard slowing the whole memory subsystem down, so slightly slowing the whole computer.
With prices as low as they are, unless you're going to struggle financially or parts are expensive in your country, go for the 2x4Gb Corsair upgrade, just don't expect a huge increase in performance.

Always best performance when running matched memory card kits, when it comes to timings etc

gigabyte specs:
4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 2200(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
* To support DDR3 1600 MHz, you must install an Intel® 22nm (Ivy Bridge) CPU that supports DDR3 1600 MHz.
Support for non-ECC memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
* To support XMP memory, you must install an Intel® 22nm (Ivy Bridge) CPU that supports DDR3 1600 MHz.

G-skill DDR3 1600 MHz- 2x 8gb would be my choice
