A quick look shows the MSI Z170A Gaming M5 has a few higher-end features compared to the Z170X-Gaming 3. This totally depends if you need these features. The Z170X-Gaming 3 is already really solid with good onboard audio, memory OC to 3466 Mhz and SLI.

thanks again and here a I can see some differences where msi wins like
PCI Express x1 slot 1 extra in m5'
LAN - Chip GB has Killer E2201 and msi has Killer E2400
CPU power phases GB has 8 and msi has 12
Maximum FSB frequency 500 MHz vs 655.25 MHz
Problem diagnosis and Direct-to-BIOS button present in m5
also benchmarks better in m5

But I don't know what diff. will they make...all I wann know is both cost me same price and I wanna buy the better one...
so please tell me which one will provide me great audio and most importantly better gaming....
and which is the best choice

are you sure but leave overclocking and tell which will be good for audio and gaming... I can see better benchmarks for graphics in m5 an I don't wanna regret afterwards....

I'm sure we've provided plenty information no? Both have great audio, and both perform similarly. You can overclock either boards, doesn't matter. Get what's cheaper.

yeah but I told you prices of both are identical... so tell me which one should I buy for gaming and better sound quality...
nd whats that diff. b/w lan chip does it matter....

This is like a Limbo

The thing is, you won't notice the difference between each other since they have identical features. So why try to find one if both don't have obvious advantages? MSI has more phases for OC and an extra PCIE slot. That's it. You'll be happy with both, It's not important to try and devide them anyways.
