I Just got finnished building my new pc, and when i press the power button all the lights and fans turns on, but only for a split second. after that nothing happens if i press the button untill i take out the powercable to the mobo and put it back in again. If I try again the same thing happens. There semms to be a short circut. I have checked all the wires multiple times. I have tried takeing it apart and together again. I have tried using only one ram stick, but nothing works. Please help!
(Ps. The case does not have a reset button nor a cable for it, can that be the reason?)

GPU: MSI gtx 970
MOBO: Asus B85M
PSU: Corsair Cx600m
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 500gb
Case: NZXT s340
