my desktop (i7 4790 ,r9 390 motherboard MSI B85-G43 Gaming ,psu Antec TruePower Classic 750W) when i turn in on it runs for 1-2 secs just enough for the fans and the lights to turn on and thens stops and then it tries again and again and so on,,what do you thing goes wrong?
my desktop turns on and off after 2 secs

This could be caused by a RAM issue (I had the same issue), try all of your RAM sticks separately in slot 1 and see if any of them allow the PC to boot. If none do, power everything off and make sure all cables and components are secure.

Would you be able to build the system outside of the case? Most people use the motherboard box to test this, it's to rule out something shorting.
