Best budget sound card for 5.1 channel speaker system?

I'm looking for a best bang for buck sound card that can fit my future 5.1 speaker system, probably Logticeh Z506. Please suggest some sound cards that has a price point which will be enough for this speaker's price.

The cheapest sound card I'd recommend is a Creative Sound Blaster Z (about $100). Any cheaper than that you'd be better off using the onboard sound (unless it's broken). I don't recommend any ASUS sound cards because I'd had compatibility issues with them in the past and the drivers are terrible.
