Hi everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade my current build some time this year. I will get new cpu, cpu cooler, mobo, ram, psu and case. The Lian Li O series have really caught my eye and I will probably get the PC-05S Mini-ITX chassis. First I thought about getting the PC-O6S, the mATX one, but I probably won't ever get SLI GPUs. What do you guys think, should I get the bigger brother and a mATX board and have one extra PCIe slot just if I ever end up getting a second GPU?

The new parts I have been looking into are i7 6700k, Gigabyte Z170N Gaming 5 Mini-ITX, 32 gigs of DDR4 ram, new psu and the case. Now my question is, which cpu cooling solution would be the best for this/these case/cases? Both of these cases have the maximum cpu cooler height of 85mm. I've seen many builds in this case that have closed-loop liquid coolers like the Corsair H100i or the Swiftech H220-X, which looks and seems very nice. Anyone here with the particular cooler?

What I'm most worried about the whole liquid cooling is, how reliable they really are? I've read some cases where peoples' water coolers have exploded and leaked on expensive parts.. like this one.

Briefly:
- One very good single GPU or SLI?
- Liquid CPU cooling or traditional air cooling?
- Liquid cooling risks
- How reliable they really are?
- Best solution for this case, max height of 85mm on air coolers

If you guys who have liquid coolers could tell me about your experiences with them I would be very thankful!

Many thanks,
Luke

Nothing wrong with water cooling for the SLI that's not a option with that motherboard.
I would recommend buying a bit bigger case and get away from the mITX motherboard.
Usually 32GB of memory is wasting money if your running programs that require 32GB of memory you should be looking at a 5820K processor for the extra 2 cores.
