Hello, I need to connect the wires from PC case to the motherboard but I'm kinda lost because I don't really understand what the descriptions on these wires mean and most of them don't fit with what's on the motherboard.

I took some images:

Sorry for poor English, I've tried to explain as good as I can and thanks for help in advance.

There should be a little indication (white triangle) on the plastic of your case cable. That side is the positive (+). For instance the power switch should be: at the upper row of pins, pin 3 and 4 with the positive on pin3 .After that you simply match the cables to the indicated pins. PW = power switch, Res = reset button and so on. Don't worry if you don't plug them all. The ones your really need are the power and reset switches. Also the hdd indicator led would be nice.

Stand-by is power switch, i figured it out.

Well the computer boots when i press the button but it starts to beep non stop after a couple of seconds, something's wrong i guess. Maybe the speaker is malfunctioning (this PC case is 12 years old)? I think i got everything right.

IF the system boots to windows or any other operating system, you are fine. Either change the direction the speaker is connected and if doesn't stop just unplug it. Everything should work fine. The speaker usually is used for simple errors like keyboard not present and stuff. Most (if not all) of which are presented at during post (when the pc is turned, before windows).
