i have dell latitude e6410 and it have dvd/cd rom of GU40n but whenever i insert an audio cd or any dvd it give me the only option to burn this cd etc... i have installed the firmware updated available on dell website but still same issue. kindly help me with this issue my cd rom detect the cd but it only shows that it is blank or ask me to just burn or write on it.....
yes exactly this is the issue all it ask me is to burn and i cant see any files on the cd
