I turned my pc on today and I noticed it was suspiciously slow. After a few minutes Google Chrome stopped answering, I googled it and I found out the reason could be AISuite from ASUS. I was recommended to uninstall EZ Update in AISuite, which I did, but windows 7 keeps crashing.
After a few minutes whatever program i am on stops responding, then everything except the cursor freezes. Then it comes up an window that Windows Explorer has crashed. After that the screen turns all black and i get this error (Access violation at adress 00000000. Read of adress 00000000 error). I can open the PC in safe mode, but I cant uninstall AISuite in safemode. When i try to press Uninstall/change on programs and features this error shows after some minutes:
(Not 100% correct becuase i have to translate it )
AISuite3.exe - Application error
Instructions in 0x0000000075FADBD8 referred to memory on 0x00000000005B0028. The neccessary data were not placed in the memory because of I/U - error status 0xc0000185
The only way to shut down the computer after the screen goes black is to choke it by holding the power button
If someone know how to fix this problem please tell !
