it's 15 dollars over budget. is it crucial?

I know that the inclusion of a pentium might look wierd, but hear me out.
this pentium is basiclly a core i3 with it's hyperthreading disabled, which doesn't make a lot of a difference, as games don't utilise hyperthreaded cores to their full potential, and so it doesn't really matter.
motherboard fits everything we need, and it's cheap.
it's a single stick of 8, making it possible to go to 16GB in the future.
no SSD or HDD, as mentioned.
the GTX 950 is a good pick, considering the games you want to play, in the settings you are fine with.
the case is cheap, and does everything you need it to do, as well as not being completely hideous.
and last but not least, the PSU is made by seasonic (so you know it's good quality), and it's powerful enough to power everything in the system.
