My download speed is incredibly slow on only one computer in my house. I have looked through other posts on this website and none that I saw have worked for me.

My internet is ethernet connected through a TP-LINK TL-PA4010KIT AV500 Nano Powerline Adapter, though I haven't had any issues over the past month or so until yesterday afternoon.

I have an msi 970 gaming MoBo, Processor is AMD FX-6300,
Video Card is AMD Radeon R9 200 Series with Win10

I ran a full malwarebytes scan with 0 threats found, restarted a few times, looked for AMD Quick Stream which seemed to be a big hitter. Can't seem to find it if I do have it.
This is really frustrating because I can't seem to find any sort of problem.

Suggest we widen out a bit....

Check your LAN adapter to see if speed and duplex are set to "auto" or "auto negotiate". If so, select the standard to match the router.

Or, if specifically set, try "auto".

Check and verify that your LAN adapter settings are as they should be.

Check the powerline indicator lights and see if there are any problems via the status lights and troubleshooter.

Then try re-pairing the powerline adapters.

If that does not work then you may have some problem developing in the electrical circuit.

Any new devices, power bars, other electrical problems?

I debugged my Ethernet settings and it read no issues and I've re-paired my adapters 2 or 3 times. I don't know if it could be a problem in the circuit because really only my download speed is impaired. I can play online games and watch videos still just the same. It seems just very odd.
