Is onboard graphics card like intel hd 4600 is also cause for mainboard temperature when playing games

My question is , when i am playing game with hd 4600 and my room temp is 40C will it be a cause for heating the main board?

My PC Spec:
i54460
MB:ASUS H97 Plus
Memory:Team vulcan Red 2400 OC 2x8
PSU:Thermaltek Smart SE 630W
Case: Delux SH891
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Display:Dell S2240L

Also Have a question if i can add GTX 970 in this PC?
Is my Processor is Average for upcoming games for 2-3 years?

Is it possible to play the division ,quantum breaks,or high end games after adding GTX 970?

What cooling system i have to use for low temp?

Please Help me experts...
