Would this pc run most games like Minecraft and Steam games 60fps any settings?

That can definitely run Minecraft, but if you wanted to play more demanding content (such as The Witcher 3 or GTAV), I'd consider upgrading the RAM to at least 12GB. You might want to overclock your CPU as well.
