I'll start with stating my problem here quick then go into my troubleshooting. My old PC randomly appeared to die. I replaced the z77 mobo and the PSU but it appeared I coudnt save it. So 1500 bucks later I built a new one thinking the old one dead. Well, similar problem tested the PSU and seems dead. Just wont fully power on I see a flicker of light when it tries but still wont post. I have gotten 2 EVGA PSUs that I believed DOA. Tested one at a friends house and passed the tests completely without issue.

So honestly the problem seems to be my house. I have tested outlets using electric heaters
(used which should be comparable) appeared to be working just fine. So outlets appeared to be fine. But I can never get a PC to POST. I have done ALL troubleshooting on this post (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems). The paperclip test for PSU works half the time. Sometimes it wont boot but at a friends place it passes 100%. I have no idea what to do to troubleshoot this. Also want to note that NOTHING in my entire house shows issues with working. TVs, Xbone, PS4, Heaters all have no problems.

Short lists of things I have done.
-Checked multiple outlets and tested with electric heater
-Installed multiple high quality PSUs and uninstalled then reinstalled entire setup on both PCs.
-Paper clip tests works sometimes at my house but 100% at friends

I'm desperate and at the extent of my knowledge for what could be the issue with this. If anyone can help please let me know.

Solution
All ram will have a default basic capability which lets you get into the bios to up voltage or select xmp settings.
In this case 1.2v and 2133 speed.
Try each stick individually in the designated single stick slot.

Your ram may be incompatible with your motherboard.
I looked on the G.skil web site and accessed their ram configurator.
Trident X is not on the list of supported ram for whatever reason.

Are your outlets grounded?

The paper clop test is worthless except to identify a definitely dead psu. It says nothing about how well it functions.

Take the complete psu to your friend's house and test there.

Your house power voltage may be substandard. The electric company would need to check that out.

Possibly you can get things working with a Good UPC.

So, after getting another PSU and it not working I got desperate and redid everything again. I Removed/rebuilt everything and looked closer. I noticed a notch on the inside framing of the RAM so I smoothed it out (malformed plastic frame) using a toothpick. I got it to post but still not working with monitor. Will troubleshoot that but still wont post with GPU inserted and setup. I doubt its any issue with house/PSU I dont think I have 2 faulty G2 EVGA supernova's. Still not posting with GPU in so any idea of why it wont post with it? I'm fairly certain my PSUs are probably fine.

Well, that is progress.

If the discrete graphics card does not work, how abut trying the integrated graphics?

Possibly a ram stick is defective.
Your motherboard manual will tell you where to put one stick, and two sticks.
It matters, and the slots are not necessarily in the obvious places.

See if you can test each stick individually with memtest86+ when you finally get a display output.

Exactly what are all the make model of your parts?

Thanks once again for a response geofelt. So with just the RAM sticks in I am seeing on the motherboard message "55" that the manual does not call out other than a "Memory Error". I have done alot more research and I am currently thinking its failing to boot due to the 3200 RAM I have needs a higher power draw than it allows at stock. So unless anyone thinks making sure the voltage on my ram is 1.35v (Newegg page states that should be the voltage) that may be the issue with it actually posting before. When I am done with work I will trouble shoot and confirm this tomorrow morning. I have also opened a ticket with Gigabyte so we will see if they assume that as well.

As for the parts to my build. I excluded GPU since I am using an older one waiting for the new releases this summer.
