First build have been having issues and cannot figure it out. I can get the Motherboard to light up only on the SupremeFX and Standby LED's. The CPU fan does not spin, I get no signal out of the video output. I have pulled out and replugged in everything multiple times. It is not in the case right now so it is not getting shorted by the case. I don't think it is the PSU because it is a 600w (plenty of power) and I did the paperclip test and the fan spins when the 2 pins are bridged. The motherboard has yet to light the VGA_LED, BOOT_DEVICE_LED, DRAM_LED, CPU_LED's on the Motherboard. Asus customer support tells me that I have the wrong set up of memory and that I need 4 banks of memory per stick of RAM and 2 sticks of it, and he gave me the product code but all I get when I do a Google search of it is 4x4gb sticks. I am running Corsair DDR4 2666mhz 2x8gb so I don't see what's wrong with my memory. I am absolutely clueless as to what is wrong, I've been troubleshooting for 2 days now and nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

I wasn't aware of the case actually having a button. Plugged the case in AND pushed power and it started up!
