I have been lagging randomly in games for a while, it doesn't seem to matter what the game is or how demanding it is, I will randomly have lag spikes that last for a second or two and then the game goes back to normal, usually at least. Sometimes the icons on the taskbar will go invisible for a second but still work if I click on them. I have a computer built from refurbished parts that I got about a year ago and the specs are this:
