and this power supply http://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-350-S12II-BRONZE-SSR-350ST/dp/B00OBW4I9W/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1460840336&sr=1-1&keywords=seasonic+350w work together? Also is the power supply compatible with my mother board which is a H110M PRO-D?

That GPU has a minimum requirement of 300W according to EVGA, since it is drawing all the power through the PCI lanes it should be fine.
Also will work with your Mobo (will use the 24pin and one of the 4+4 CPU pins only from the PSU)
