need help upgrading my graphics card

ok so right now im using a 750 TI and so far every pc game i own runs at max settings on my 750Ti heres my cpu specs Intel Xeon Processor W3565 3.20 GHz, 8MB cache, 1066 memory

now the only game i have right now that does not run well at all on my current setup at max settings or even medium settings is the witcher 3 now i cant give u my beget because im not buying this card right away im just wondering which card would be my best option as far as price and performance a 780 TI or a 980 TI?

Yeah +1 this. Theres a Zotac 970 on sale for $279 on amazon, which is the cheapest ive seen. Dont get a 390, or 390x as theyve gotten more expensive lately for some reason. They perform on par with the 970 but the 970 is cheaper so get that.

any reason as to why i sholudnt buy a 780TI seeing as how its cheaper then the 900 series?

if the 780 ti is id say less then 350$ get it it is about what (if it existed) a 970 ti it is not quite a 980 but more than a 970
however for a 970 has 0.5gb more vram (i know IT DOES NOT HAVE A TRUE 4GB so please dont ask :) :) ) and the 980 is really a waste of money because a 970 can perform about the same when overclocked now a 980 ti is the fastest card you can get right now however if you are only gaming at 1080p a 970 or 780 ti is enough unless you NEED 100+fps in every game

well for the witcher 3 i want a full 60 HPS with out any dropping ever so for the witcher 3 i want a constant 60fps 24/7 what do u recommend

a 970 would give 55-60fps max without hairworks when overclocked unless you have a 120hz monitor a 980 ti is instaine giving most of the time 85+fps
