My company IT disabled my wi-fi to work on mt pc remotely and forgot to enable it. How do I go about enabling it?

If this is a company issued laptop it's probably locked down. If that's the case then only your IT department can reenable the wireless adapter.

While he was updating the anti-virus, the wi-fi kept trying to connect so he disabled it.

Then get them on the phone and have them reenable it. No one here can help with a corporate PC.
