Computer wont boot windows with 8gb of ram installed

Recently purchased 8gb of RAM to upgrade from 4gb and it wont boot windows and have no idea why. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-KVR13N9S8K2-1333-Non-ECC-240-Pin/dp/B00BD7QLRK?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 is the ram in question any ideas on how to solve this issue? my motherboard is the Asus P7H55-M LE

Try each RAM stick separately in slot one and see if it boots for either, one of the sticks could be faulty.

Does your old RAM work if you put it back in? If it does, I would guess that the RAM isn't compatible or it is faulty.

Old ram works fine and I checked over the compatibility and made sure it was compatible but maybe i missed something.

I'm not sure then, it could be faulty
