Weird ! I've seen CPU-Z off on occasion, but nothing like this
It's a weird one.
I tried all manner of things, but could not get a correct report in CPU Z or Speccy. I guess they both use the same method at detecting speeds/clock, so both are returning false readings (probably due to the older hardware).
Aida64 and whatever else it was (I forgot) seem to report the RAM correctly.
I threw a few system tests, benchmarks etc at it, and found nothing wrong, so yeah.. I guess I'll just ignore it.
