Yes, if you are happy to pay more for it, the i5 4690k is a very good option, and you can overclock it as well.

While you can get cases with PSUs as a combo, the PSUs included tend to be a bit rubbish, so I would recommend buying these components separately.

Due to me not knowing your other components, I have selected a popular PSU which has good reviews and plenty of power, depending on other components you may be able to get a slightly cheaper one later, but it does allow for upgradability in the future.

Case: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340wb1 Quite a nice one, has good reviews. Have a shop around for more here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/case/

PSU: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10600k3

Hope this helps - next I would look at selecting a motherboard and graphics card.

Glad I could help. ;)

It did look like a nice case, and a good price as well - when you asked for £100 for a case and psu, I know a decent psu costs £40-50 so a case in that price range would be around £50-60 - pleasantly surprised I found that case for you, it looks really good for the price. Keep me posted on your build.
